How long until my first site is live? #

About half an hour in the assistant if your hosting is ready, then the initial fill runs in the background for a few minutes up to about an hour.

Can the site live in a subdirectory of my existing website? #

Yes, enter the full address with path in step one and set up the web server as described under hosting.

My host has no SSH. #

Choose SFTP. The control center uploads via SFTP and swaps the state afterwards.

How often are prices updated? #

Six times a day by default, adjustable under Site, Cron. Prices older than 24 hours are not shown.

Can I write my own copy or change the design? #

Yes. Replace any category or brand text in the assistant or via MCP. Change design via theme and colours, your own CSS or your own templates in the overlay.

Who owns site and data? #

You do. Code, database and content live on your hosting, and partner account and domain are yours.

What happens if I cancel? #

The control center stops deploys, cron service and gateway for your sites. The sites stay on your hosting without new prices, stale prices are hidden after 24 hours.

Is the product available in English? #

The website and docs are bilingual. The control center and the generated sites are currently in German, for amazon.de.
